Meet GO.FARM: An Australian agribusiness founded in 2013 that helps farms reach their full productive potential. Through focus on identifying and transforming underutilised and undercapitalised agricultural assets like land use, asset configuration and people investment, GO.FARM’s vision is exercised across farms in Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales.
GO.FARM’s goal is to put farms to their highest and best use. For example, one of GO.FARM’s projects was Petro Station, located in the Mallees, Victoria. GO.FARM looked at changing strategies around infrastructure (i.e. accommodation, grain storage and weather stations), soil health and AgTech to improve the farm’s layout and maximise operational efficiencies, subsequently increasing yield quality and quantity.
In 2024, GO.FARM acquired a property in the rural region of Beaufort, Victoria, to prepare and commence the land for sowing. However, restricted to less than 30 days of preparation time, GO.FARM was under a lot of pressure to identify and source machinery to enable the land for production.
