More and more businesses are looking to DLL for expertise on financing automation projects. For this reason, we have appointed a new Senior Intralogistics Sales Manager to support customers in the South and East of Europe. Welcome Cesar Nosti!
Cesar, who is based in Madrid, started in this new role in mid-March 2022, joining DLL’s team of Intralogistics specialists. He brings with him more than 22 years of warehousing and automation industry experience.
He has worked with global manufacturers such as racking company Esmena, automation company SSI Schaefer, ULMA Handling Systems (partner of automated material handling OEM Daifuku), and Dematic, which supplies intelligent automation hardware and software.
“My experience in the automation industry allows me to truly put myself in the shoes of the customer and understand the complexities and challenges they face realizing supply chain automation projects. In addition, my expertise allows me to connect and consult the different stakeholders involved in complex Intralogistics projects. “I am so excited to be joining DLL as I believe it is a company that can add real value for end users, suppliers, integrators, or even real estate developers.”
DLL provides tailored investment solutions to finance AGVs, robots, picking stations, software, racking systems, sorting systems, and other automation systems. The DLL offering meets the increasing global need for warehouse and supply chain automation, with customized and flexible financial solutions.
“Automation continues to expand, and I am looking forward to helping customers across my region, but also other countries within DLL’s global footprint to get future-ready,” says Cesar. “There is already massive interest from my existing contacts within the industry and businesses that are keen to explore new ways to finance automation projects.”
With an understanding of finance, automation assets, and the supply chain, DLL makes it easier for equipment users to make a business case for the adoption of automated systems. The finance packages also make accessing these new technologies more achievable, and help businesses to protect cashflow, even during automation project rollouts. Usage based models are also an option.
“Many times, there is an appetite for automation, but opportunities do not get fulfilled as companies cannot clearly see the potential ROI, or don’t understand how to make the project happen,” says Cesar.
DLL is perfectly positioned to help system integrators, automation OEMs, and end users to make their automation projects a reality. This is equally true for large scale, complex projects, and for smaller businesses looking to get started with automation.
“I am really looking forward to getting to know the different global teams at DLL and finding new ways that we can work together to provide solutions that bring increased efficiency, cost reductions, and flexibility to OEMs, integrators, and end-users,” says Cesar.
