An Australian Agricultural customer financed a new Kioti tractor from DLL late in 2019. Within weeks of delivery, the tractor had unfortunately been completely destroyed, the consequence of the catastrophic Christmas 2019 bushfires which had ravaged the local region.
The farmer called his local dealer to share the terrible news. Even worse, the farmer could not remember if he had insured the asset.
The dealer was delighted to immediately put the farmer’s mind at ease.
