Lara Yocarini was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chair of the DLL Executive Board in May, 2024 and Member of the Managing Board of Rabobank in June, 2024. She is responsible for developing the company’s strategic and sustainable plans, which enable DLL to deliver integral financial solutions to manufacturers and distribution partners in more than 25 countries around the world.

Yocarini is an experienced executive who has worked across Europe, the United States and Africa, in finance, management consulting and not-for-profit organizations. She joined DLL from Rabobank’s Wholesale and Rural business, where she started in early 2020 and was instrumental in driving the delivery of its global strategic transformation agenda. From October 2021, she headed Rabobank’s Rural business globally. During her time at Rabobank, Lara was a member of the Shareholders Council of Rabo Partnerships and a Non-Executive Director of Rabobank Australia Limited and Rabobank New Zealand Limited.

Prior to joining Rabobank, Lara was a Managing Director with Natixis Corporate and Investment Bank and an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company in Paris. Earlier in her career, she worked for the United Nations Development Program in New York. Lara holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
