Ever wondered what happens once the lease transaction is complete? Your team worked hard to offer DLL’s flexible financing options to your customers, and won the transaction, commencing the agreement. That’s when DLL comes in! DLL understands the importance of providing transparency for dealers and customers and providing seamless experiences throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.

In today’s digital-first environment, DLL is committed to providing digitally backed processes to ensure customers have easy access to their accounts and lease agreements, coupled with ample time and avenues to view their invoices and make payments efficiently.

So, what happens once the agreement is commenced?

  1. Within a week of commencement, customers can expect to receive a digital Welcome Email. This email provides the information regarding their newly established lease contract with the ability to make changes to their account.

With our digital welcome email, customers can:

    • Modify any incorrect account data (not including contract information)
    • Upload insurance and tax documents
    • Gain direct access to our Customer Service Team
    • Sign up for our customer portal, LesseeDirect.com

  2. Next up comes the customers’ invoice. To avoid any uncertainty around fluctuating mail delivery times, DLL offers a complete digital option, Email Invoicing (E-Invoicing). This paperless invoicing solution allows customers to designate a person or team to receive an email invoice which eliminates mail handling and delivery delays, and allows for ample time for payment administration on their end. When enrolled in E-Invoicing, customers may allow multiple parties to receive the invoice at one time, directly to their email while expediting processes to avoid late payment fees.

  3. The customer receives the invoice and is ready for payment, now what?
Consumer behavior is shifting toward digital-first payment options."

With that in mind, DLL provides the flexibility to make payments through the channels that best suit customers’ processes. Providing them with the ability to make payments easily with our digital solutions may help them avoid late payments due to administrative challenges or external factors like delayed mail services.

With DLL, customers may make a payment through one of the following methods:
