Iman Eddini
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Member of the Executive Board
Iman Eddini was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Executive Board of DLL in September 2022. In this capacity, she is responsible for the company’s Human Resources organization.
Prior to joining DLL, Eddini worked for Rabobank where she served as the Global HR Leader for Rabobank Wholesale and Rural which encompasses more than 35,000 employees in 44 countries. In this capacity she also led the Talent Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) programs for the bank. As an active and engaged strategic partner of the business, she played an integral role in the development of a global Business Leadership program.
Prior to joining Rabobank in 2017, Iman Eddini was a HR leader with KPN, one of the largest telecom, internet and business network service providers in Western Europe, where she oversaw the transformation of the culture and leadership teams. She also served as CHRO for HEMA, a large retailer with over 10,000 employees and 600 stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and UK.
Eddini holds a degree in Human Resources and has also completed international leadership studies at IMD (Switzerland), the London Business School (UK) and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (USA).
